Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leaders Access, located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. Your primary responsibility will be handling full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, you will be involved in employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around coordinating with hiring managers, executing recruitment plans, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
