What’s the role?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6-7 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to…

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and expectations through recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate flow/status.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, talent networks and manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions from entry to senior levels.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.
• Drive pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.
• Work on niche hiring, campus hiring as per business needs.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably some product hiring experience.
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
• NOTE: Specailly check from small organisation where they got exposure to all related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
