Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing program information, and ensuring a positive experience. Daily tasks include communicating with potential students, conducting interviews, assisting with the application process, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to improve recruitment strategies and participating in outreach events to promote the programs offered by APPWARS Technologies. Qualifications Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales skills Experience in the Education sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
