Role Description

This is a full-time Admission Counselor role at Appwars Technologies, located on-site in Noida. The selected candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process by providing information about available IT courses and training programs. Responsibilities include counseling potential students, addressing queries, guiding applicants to suitable courses based on their career goals, and actively participating in sales and promotional activities to optimize enrollments. Maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with team members will also be essential tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service experience with the ability to resolve inquiries effectively
• Sales proficiency to drive enrollments and attract potential candidates
• Understanding of the field of Education with the ability to guide learners in choosing appropriate courses
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or the education sector is a plus
