Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, initiating and managing client relationships, and driving account growth. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers, working closely with the sales and marketing teams, drafting proposals, and achieving measurable sales targets. The role requires maintaining clear and effective communication with potential clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent business expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong skills in Account Management and ability to grow long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Sound understanding of business principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment located in Noida.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the educational or corporate training industry is a plus.
