Position: AVP - Talent Acquisition - Human resources - Chennai
(HR Professional with a background in End to End Recruitment Processes as well as having a Strategic eye for recruitment related detail)

Role & Responsibilities:
o The candidate should be a TA specialist who has worked in a target-based recruitment role specifically in the Technology Domain / Banking Operations . o Interview related coordination including scheduling, managing interview timelines, overall tracking of positions roles and candidates with timely reporting to client stakeholders. o Strong Communication & presentation skills to meet client requirements on hiring. o Ability to act as client PIC for handling overall TA matters of the PJ. o Experience working with portals such as LinkedIn/Naukri and relevant screening mechanisms around the same. o Ability to think strategically around driving the recruitment.

Required Skills:
o Excellent verbal & written communication and people collaboration skills o Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking o Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters with Human Resources preferred.

Experience: 12 - 15 years of Relevant Experience
