Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    2 - 4 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in real estate or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
  • Telugu language proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
