Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, enhancing employer branding to attract top talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring positive candidate experiences while adhering to organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to identify, attract, and onboard suitable talent
• Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills to ensure effective assessments of candidate fit and capabilities
• Experience in Employer Branding to build and promote the organization as an attractive workplace
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers to meet recruitment targets
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
