Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing:

Source candidates for
non-IT roles
across business functions
Use
job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms
for sourcing
Build and maintain a
strong candidate pipeline
Conduct initial profile screening as per requirement

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with
hiring managers and business stakeholders
Understand manpower requirements and role expectations
Share regular sourcing updates and pipeline status
Align sourcing strategy with stakeholder needs

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong
stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on experience in
non-IT sourcing
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
14 years
of experience in Talent Acquisition / Sourcing
Experience in telecom or large organizations is a plus
