Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing:

  • Source candidates for

    non-IT roles

    across business functions
  • Use

    job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms

    for sourcing
  • Build and maintain a

    strong candidate pipeline

  • Conduct initial profile screening as per requirement

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with

    hiring managers and business stakeholders

  • Understand manpower requirements and role expectations
  • Share regular sourcing updates and pipeline status
  • Align sourcing strategy with stakeholder needs

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

    stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Hands-on experience in

    non-IT sourcing

  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 14 years

    of experience in Talent Acquisition / Sourcing
  • Experience in telecom or large organizations is a plus
