Experience: 24 Years

Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree / Post Graduation / Commerce

HR professional to support US HR operations

Key Responsibilities

  • • Handle employee queries via HR helpdesk / People Connect
  • • Manage HR cases, tickets, and follow-ups
  • • Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and SLAs
  • • Support payroll, benefits, compensation, and onboarding processes
  • • Analyze call/case volumes and support workforce scheduling
  • • Maintain HR knowledge base and documentation
  • • Assist in training and supporting HR coordinators
  • • Drive process improvement and quality compliance
