Job Description

Designation: Talent Acquisition Partner

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work from office

5 days a week

Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess suitability and interest
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Panels
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Adhere to recruitment timelines and quality standards
Contribute to delivering a positive candidate experience
Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant

Eligibility Criteria

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Good coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical recruitment
