Job Description

HR Manager,10 - 15 years exp


The role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibilities requiring strong leadership skills and not limited to managing employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, talent development etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning:

    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Employee Relations:

    Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:

    Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, guide managers in conducting evaluations, and support employee development and career progression.
  • Training and Development:

    Assess training needs, design and deliver training programs, and monitor employee development to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Administer pay plans and benefits programs, conduct salary reviews, and ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Compliance and Policy Development:

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies, and maintain employee records.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:

    Promote a positive organizational culture and implement employee wellness and engagement programs.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:

    Monitor HR metrics, provide reports to management, and use data to guide strategic workforce planning.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 - 15 years

    of total experience, including management or leadership role.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address complex employee issues.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in HR software (HRIS,HRMS) and familiarity with labor laws and best practices.
  • Leadership:

    Ability to lead by example, build relationships, and support organizational change.
