Senior Automation QA

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans and test strategies for manual and automation.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Provar, Robot Framework, or other automation tools.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API testing, and system testing across multiple environments.
Investigate and document software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Optimize test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers in automation and testing best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and industry trends.

Required Qualification:

5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in at least one automation tool (e.g., Provar, Robot Framework, Selenium, etc.).
Experience with Provar is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions for test automation execution.
Willingness and ability to learn Python for automation testing.
Hands-on experience with API testing and tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
