Greetings from Sanmar Group!

We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition role for our corporate office, Chennai.

Experience : Looking at candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment ( preferrably from campus recruitment)

Responsibilities:

Own and drive end - to -end campus recruitment lifecycle

Create annual and monthly campus hiring calendar & excution plan

Build strategic partnerships with institutes and conduct campus drives.

Manage the assessment process - aptitude tests, technical evaluations, group discussion and interviews

Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers for role fitment, selection and feedback closure

Manage offer rollout, documentation and onboarding for campus hiring.

Required Skills:

3 - 5 years of proven experience in campus recruitment of early talent acquisition

Must have exposure to manufacturing plant or industrial training

Experience in managing campus events and large candidate pipeline

Qualification : MBA/MSW/MHRM
