At Globsyn Business School, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can bring structure, speed, and sharp judgment to our hiring pipeline. This role isn’t just about filling positions — it’s about shaping the academic and corporate workforce of a respected institution.

What You’ll Drive

• End-to-end hiring for teaching & non-teaching roles
• Screening, interviewing & coordinating with academic leaders
• JD creation, candidate evaluation & interview scheduling
• Sourcing through job portals, social platforms & headhunting
• Onboarding, orientation & documentation
• Maintaining trackers, recruitment MIS & compliance records
• Ensuring recruitment aligns with AICTE norms & institutional standards

Who Thrives Here

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Excellent understanding of hiring trends in academic institutions
• Fast-paced decision maker with high integrity
• Proficient in MS Office + recruitment tools
• Someone who enjoys building teams, not just closing positions
