Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Development : Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing team. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to achieve sales objectives. Sales Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market. Set clear sales targets and ensure their attainment through proactive management. Market Analysis Expansion : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive dynamics. Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing potential clients. Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring Reporting : Analyze sales data to assess performance trends. Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
