Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Rajkot. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks will include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, developing and maintaining strong employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The role also involves ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes
Strong understanding of Employer Branding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in talent acquisition and human resources is an advantage
Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
