What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle—from job posting to onboarding. You’ll play a key role in shaping our growing team by identifying exceptional talent and creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
• Screen resumes, set up interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview evaluation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Passionate about people, team culture, and company growth
