This role is a great learning platform for individuals interested in research, content development and conferences. As a Conference Producer, you will play a key role in conceptualising, developing, and executing conferences within the infrastructure domain. The position offers a dynamic work environment and excellent learning opportunities in the field of infrastructure and conference production. Key Responsibilities · Speaker acquisition for the conferences · Prepare all documents related to conferences (speaker invitation letters, conference agendas, speaker bios, etc.) · Manage speaker requirements (presentations, travel, other coordination) · Develop working relationships with relevant organisations (corporate, government agencies, industry associations) · Liaise with other departments within the organisation What We’re Looking For: · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Ability to identify and acquire speakers (CEOs, top government officials, sector experts) · Ability to communicate well with senior officials (both government and private sector), be both courteous and confident. · Should know which category of speakers to contact, how to pitch the event to them and eventually get them onboarded for the conference. · Need to be open to travelling for conferences Salary: Can be discussed depending on candidate’s experience and ability (average Rs 5 lakhs per annum) Show more Show less
