Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, including corporates, creators, and communities.
• Assist in pitching Shelf Merch’s solutions, demonstrating value through presentations and product demos.
• Support in managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and client engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and share regular reports with the sales manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or internships in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
