Franchise Development Manager

• Location: Hyderabad (on-site)
• Reports to: Founder / CEO

Objective

• Launch 10 + profitable Teesgraphy franchise outlets pan-India by Diwali 2025 and sustain ≥ 6 % royalty stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise Tier-1/2 cities; create territory heat maps.
• Run weekly discovery webinars & in-person roadshows.
• Own full funnel: enquiry → FDD → site visit → agreement → store launch.
• Draft/update Franchise Disclosure Document, ROI models, SOP manuals.
• Coordinate onboarding with Legal, Finance, Supply-Chain, Training.
• Track franchise KPIs (GMV, AOV, marketing compliance) and coach owners.

KPIs / Success Metrics (first 90 days)

• ≥ 5 signed LOIs
• ≤ 45-day average lead-to-agreement cycle
• ≥ ₹15 L franchise fees collected

Must-Have Skills

• Franchise/channel sales, territory planning, P&L fluency, strong negotiation & presentation, CRM/Excel proficiency.

Experience

• 5–7 yrs franchise development (retail/F&B/apparel) with 10 + outlets signed.
• Bonus: PoD/apparel exposure; Hindi + another regional language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
