As India's first Healthcare Mall, Taskar is dedicated to bridging the gap in healthcare accessibility and quality.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Franchise Business Consultant at Taskar. The consultant will be responsible for guiding franchisees in business planning, supporting franchising efforts, managing operations, and overseeing P&L management. The role also involves providing management consulting services to franchisees to ensure business growth and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Business Planning and Management Consulting skills
Experience in Franchising and Operations Management
P&L Management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
