Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant based in Lucknow. The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for supporting and guiding franchisees to ensure smooth operations, conducting business and operations planning, managing P&L, and providing management consulting. The role also involves overseeing franchise performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and driving business growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
