Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Franchise Business Consultant. The consultant will work directly with franchise partners to provide strategic guidance, assist in business planning, and optimize operations for profitability. Responsibilities include offering expert advice on franchising methods, supporting franchisees in achieving business objectives, and enabling them to navigate operational challenges effectively. Additional duties include analyzing P&L statements, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Franchising to support franchisees in creating and executing sustainable strategies.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and P&L Management to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring financial health.
• Experience in Management Consulting to provide evidence-based recommendations and guidance tailored to the unique needs of franchise businesses.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to foster effective partnerships with franchisees.
• Knowledge of franchise industry trends and regulatory standards is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in franchise management are advantageous.
