Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant based in Coimbatore. The Franchise Business Consultant will actively work with franchise partners to develop and implement effective business plans and strategies for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance, providing operational advice, overseeing P&L management, and ensuring consistent implementation of franchising standards. The role also involves consulting with management and providing recommendations to optimize franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
• Experience and expertise in Franchising and franchise operations management
• Skills in Operations Management, including streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency
• Knowledge in P&L Management and the ability to analyze financial performance
• Experience in Management Consulting with a focus on improving operational and business outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or technology industry is an advantage
