Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Ad Sales Manager at Techjockey, responsible for onboarding Indian B2B Tech & SaaS companies aiming to acquire Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from the USA and UAE markets. Your primary focus will be on international audience targeting while building client relationships with Indian HQ companies. The role does not involve night shift or US shift responsibilities. Your main goal will be to promote Techjockey's ad sales solutions to deliver qualified leads and enhance branding among tech buyers in the USA and UAE. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete ad sales process for Indian B2B SaaS/tech companies targeting growth in the USA/UAE, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. - Educate potential clients about Techjockey's demand-generation and branding solutions customized for international markets. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and marketing decision-makers of SaaS/tech companies. - Identify high-potential categories such as HR tech, CRM, cybersecurity, ERP, etc., and develop a strategic outreach plan. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, pricing, and campaign performance. - Achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly revenue targets through solution-based ad sales. - Offer competitive insights, market feedback, and innovative product suggestions to the leadership team. - Create persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals for potential clients. - Monitor client success metrics and ROI to foster repeat partnerships and upsell opportunities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in B2B ad sales, media sales, SaaS sales, or marketing solutions. - Sound knowledge of the Indian SaaS ecosystem and its aspirations toward the US/UAE markets. - Exceptional communication, client management, and consultative selling abilities. - Demonstrated track record in deal closure and achieving revenue targets. - Previous experience with lead-gen or performance marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
