Position: HR Intern - Recruitment

Work Location: South Delhi (On-site role – this is a people-first position, so physical presence is key)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support the HR team in implementing recruitment best practices
• Learn and apply industry standards in talent acquisition and onboarding processes
