Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Manager at the leading performance-driven advertising company, your role will involve spearheading new business development efforts, driving high-impact performance marketing deals, and expanding Taboola's advertiser base across key verticals in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Building, managing, and converting a robust pipeline of leads into signed partnerships - Effectively explaining Taboola's product suite and its fit into a client's digital strategy - Selling across multiple products while maintaining a cohesive and strategic message - Working closely with the National Sales Director and broader sales team to meet and exceed targets - Collaborating with Account Management for seamless campaign implementation and performance - Providing field feedback to inform future product development - Leading presentations, conducting negotiations, and independently closing contracts Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in advertiser sales, preferably in a digital media or ad tech company - Deep understanding of the digital technology and revenue ecosystem - Proven success in structuring and negotiating digital media deals, particularly in the Indian market - Passion for online content and ability to drive strategic partnerships - Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in maintaining senior-level client relationships - Excellent analytical skills for trend identification and sales strategy - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals - Proficiency in a local language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a strong plus for building deeper client relationships and navigating regional markets About Taboola: Taboola is the world's leading content discovery platform, serving over 360 billion recommendations to 1 billion+ unique users each month on the internet's most innovative publisher sites.
