We're expanding our digital monetization team and looking for an Ad Operations Executive with hands-on experience in campaign management, ad trafficking, and digital advertising technologies. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and execute advertising campaigns across our website, email marketing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth campaign setup, delivery, and optimization. Operate and troubleshoot platforms like Google Ad Manager, DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech tools. Perform QA testing on all live campaigns to ensure correct implementation. Optimize display and video advertising (including instream/outstream ads) for higher ROI and client satisfaction. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Ads, Excel, and SEO metrics dashboards. Collaborate with ad agencies and handle programmatic advertising setups like RTB, Private Auctions, and Preferred Deals. Identify new revenue streams and upsell advertising solutions to clients. Work closely with the sales team to support ad sales, client onboarding, and proposal development. Desired Skills: Proven experience with Ad Operations, Campaign Management, and Digital Ad Sales. Familiarity with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply Side Platforms (SSPs). Understanding of Performance Marketing, Google Ads, and SEO Analytics. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Strong strategic thinking with attention to campaign optimization and yield management Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager. Prior experience working with Ad Tech platforms, Programmatic Buying, and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) is a plus.
