Role Overview

The Admission Manager will lead the end-to-end student recruitment and admissions process for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role involves strategy, planning, team leadership, and execution to achieve admissions targets and enhance the applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual admission plans aligned with the University’s enrollment goals.
• Drive outreach initiatives through schools, counselors, education fairs, and digital platforms.
• Manage the entire admissions cycle — inquiry generation, counseling, application processing, interviews, and final conversion.
• Lead and mentor the admissions counseling team to ensure high productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with academic schools and marketing teams for campaign alignment and program positioning.
• Maintain applicant data and analytics to track progress and generate performance reports.
• Ensure an excellent and ethical admission experience for students and parents.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with feeder schools and external partners.
• Support university events such as open houses, orientation programs, and counselor meets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or education sales.
• Proven track record of achieving admissions or sales targets in the higher education sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; experience with admissions software preferer
