Job Description: As the Admissions Manager at Boundless Life, you will be responsible for owning and refining the admissions process. Your role will involve balancing operational execution with strategic oversight to design scalable workflows that integrate automation and digital tools. By ensuring a structured, data-driven, and customer-centric admissions process, you will impact both individual family experiences and Boundless Life's long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement efficient, scalable admissions workflows to improve response times and decision-making. - Automate and digitize key steps in the admissions journey using CRM and workflow tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and JotForm. - Analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the admissions process, proposing data-driven improvements. - Lead and manage a team of 3 Admissions Specialists, providing them with necessary resources and clearly defined processes. - Develop clear admission criteria aligned with Boundless Life's values and long-term goals. - Define and refine eligibility assessments to ensure families and children are a strong fit for the programs. - Manage family communications with transparency, empathy, and efficiency throughout the admissions process. - Collaborate with Sales, Education, and Community teams to ensure admissions align with program expectations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Education, and Operations to optimize admissions workflows and automate tasks. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in admissions, customer success, or operational roles requiring structured decision-making. - Strong business acumen and the ability to design efficient, scalable processes. - Expertise in workflow automation, CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), and process optimization. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional communication skills to explain complex decisions clearly. - Comfortable working with performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong English communication skills. - Experience in education or family profiling is a plus, but not required. - Must be based in Europe or East Coast US time zones.,
