About the Role

Admissions Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Enrollment Management

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle including inquiries, counselling, school tours, registrations, assessments, and conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate admission-related documentation and records in the ERP system.
  • Drive admissions targets in alignment with the school’s annual enrollment plan.

2. Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute school marketing activities including events, education fairs, workshops, parent meets, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with preschools, communities, and corporate partners for referral channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and parent feedback to support strategic decisions.

3. Communication & Parent Engagement

  • Provide exceptional counselling to parents, ensuring clarity on school programs, facilities, curriculum, policies, and fee structure.
  • Conduct school tours and ensure a positive and memorable experience for prospective families.
  • Handle parent queries with professionalism, empathy, and promptness.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with academic heads, administration, and leadership team to ensure smooth functioning of admission processes.
  • Oversee the admissions MIS/CRM and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation/Post-graduation

    in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience

    in Admissions/Marketing within the

    education industry

    (schools, preschools, or education companies preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a

    pleasing and professional personality

    .
  • Proven track record of meeting admissions/enrollment targets.
  • Excellent command over English; Hindi proficiency preferred.
  • Strong understanding of education market dynamics and parent expectations.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
  • Availability for immediate joining
