Job Description

Job Location - Barasat Colony More [Note - Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory]

Desired Skills:-

Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred).
Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre .
Candidates must have strong communication skills and should be willing to work with admission targets .
Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduation.

Job Responsibilities :-

Manage and mentor the telecalling and marketing team .
Drive student admissions through strong follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
