About Swadharma

Swadharma is an autonomous academic excellence body at DPS Dwarka Expressway that works as the mirror of the school’s academic system. The department operates independently from classroom teaching to ensure unbiased academic evaluation and growth.

Swadharma’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that “the judge and the performer cannot be the same.” Hence, subject matter experts within Swadharma are highly experienced educators who bring academic depth, analytical skills, and systemic understanding to enhance classroom practices across the school.

• Maintain documentation of observations, feedback, and progress reports in a systematic manner.

• Work towards creating parity and standardisation in teaching-learning experiences across classrooms.

• Contribute to the continuous academic review and quality assurance initiatives under the Swadharma department.
