Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Manager located in Gurugram. The Admissions Manager will oversee the admissions process, manage and mentor the admissions team, develop and implement admission strategies, and coordinate with various departments. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, organizing admission events, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining records. The Admissions Manager will also be responsible for improving the admissions process and meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing admissions processes and counseling prospective students
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective admission strategies
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Experience in educational institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
