We’re not looking for a “people manager” who hides behind dashboards.
This isn’t a back-seat role. You’ll hire your team, train them, design sales scripts, fine-tune CRM processes, talk to students yourself, close admissions, and then teach your team how to win at scale.
If you think calling students is “beneath you,” this isn’t the role for you. If you think creating systems and processes is “someone else’s job,” this isn’t the role for you either. We want someone who lives for results, leads by example, and builds winning systems.
1. Team Building & Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing admissions team.
2. Target Ownership: Drive your team to consistently meet and exceed admissions goals.
3. Lead by Example: Actively engage with leads, make calls, close deals, and show your team how it’s done.
4. Process Building: Create sales scripts, fine-tune CRM workflows, and optimize lead nurturing funnels.
5. Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture them, and maximize conversions.
6. Performance Coaching: Train and mentor your team to sharpen their communication, sales, and conversion skills.
7. Data-Driven Decisions: Track numbers, analyze performance, and constantly improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory)
- 4+ years of proven admissions/sales experience with strong conversion numbers
- Experience in managing and scaling admissions/sales teams
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on with CRMs, scripts, funnels, and admission strategies
- A go-getter mindset, you don’t just manage, you make things happen
