What this role is

A leadership position where you’ll:

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of counsellors who can actually close.
• Drive admissions and make sure monthly, quarterly, and annual

  revenue goals

  aren’t just met — they’re beaten.
• Oversee the entire

  admissions funnel

  from enquiry to enrollment, with zero leaks.
• Create, refine, and enforce

  sales scripts, CRM workflows

  , and

  follow-up systems

  that actually work.
• Develop and execute

  campaigns and strategies

  that keep conversions climbing.
• Track, report, and forecast numbers with accuracy — not excuses.

What this role is not

  a coordinator gig or a “fancy title, no results” role. If you’ve been a counsellor forever but have no management experience to show — skip this one.
