Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire admissions process for the Degree Programs (UG and PG) in North India, ensuring enrollment targets are met. Your role will involve strategizing and implementing innovative lead generation strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing the admission funnel, and collaborating with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate admission records, ensure compliance with guidelines, organize admission events, and monitor market trends for strategic adjustments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire admissions process for Degree Programs in North India, meeting enrollment targets. - Plan and execute offline and online lead generation strategies. - Manage relationships with channel partners such as counselors, coaching institutes, and education consultants. - Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns for lead generation. - Analyze and optimize the admission funnel for improved conversion rates. - Provide guidance, training, and performance management to the admissions team. - Collaborate with academic and administrative departments for new student onboarding. - Maintain accurate admission records, reports, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines. - Plan and organize admission events, workshops, and counseling sessions. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Strong network in schools for Outreach Programs. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (Masters preferred). - 10+ years of proven experience in admissions, education sales, or education marketing roles. - Understanding of online and offline marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. - Effective team leadership and management abilities. - Hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns. - Strong network in the education channel partner ecosystem is a plus.,
