Admissions Manager

Role Overview: You are invited to join as Manager/Sr. Manager - Business Development (Admissions & Outreach) for our international client in the Higher education management industry. As a Postgraduate / MBA in Marketing with 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the entire admissions cycle and partnership portfolio. Your role will involve leveraging existing partnerships, identifying untapped market potential, and establishing strategic collaborations to drive student enrollments. Actively engaging with institutions, conducting outreach initiatives, and ensuring continuous networking to maximize student recruitment are key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase admissions across all programs. - Meet and exceed lead generation, application, and enrollment targets. - Develop strategies to maximize student recruitment through outreach initiatives. - Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and fairs both on-campus and off-campus. - Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. - Coordinate outreach programs, student engagement activities, and lead generation campaigns. - Create and deliver impactful presentations for various events and engagements. - Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring strong partnerships. - Strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying potential new collaborations. - Monitor partner performance, coordinate events, and manage necessary documentation. - Work with the National Sales Head to conceptualize and execute outreach initiatives. - Develop engagement programs including workshops, special events, webinars, and evangelizing sessions. - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential partnerships. - Engage in regular visits and meetings with consultants, counselors, schools, and institutes within and around the city. - Travel out of town/country as per the event calendar for planned mega events.
