Qualifications Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred). 12+ years of experience in student affairs, academic partnership management, or education administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multi-institutional partnerships and diverse stakeholder relationships. Experience in marketing, outreach, and student engagement initiatives. Knowledge of international education standards and visa/immigration processes is a plus.
