Sales Trainer | Quality Assurance Lead Location: Bangalore, India Type: Full-time | Foundational Role | High Ownership Experience Required: 3–5 years in Sales Training, Quality Management, preferably in EdTech; Study Abroad domain. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer + QA/QC Specialist who can own the training lifecycle end-to-end and champion sales excellence from the ground up. This is a hands-on, leadership-critical role that requires you to design, implement, and constantly elevate our sales team's capability and performance. You will work closely with the sales leadership to ensure every team member is not just meeting but exceeding expectations, and delivering world-class student experiences. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: Build and deliver structured onboarding programs for all new sales hires. Design and run ongoing training sessions on product knowledge, counselling techniques, soft skills, and CRM practices. Create and update training materials (playbooks, call scripts, objection handling guides). Quality Assurance & Improvement: Monitor and audit live and recorded calls for quality, compliance, and effectiveness. Provide feedback loops through coaching sessions, call calibration, and 1:1 interventions. Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and process adherence; create action plans to close them. Sales Enablement: Drive initiatives to uplift closing ratios, improve customer handling, and reduce sales cycle time. Build incentive-linked quality scorecards and reporting frameworks. Collaborate with leadership to fine-tune lead management workflows, CRM hygiene, and WhatsApp communication standards. Ownership & Execution: Take full ownership of the learning curve of every associate on the floor. Help set up internal certifications, milestone checkpoints, and periodic assessments. Constantly innovate training and quality processes based on market feedback and leadership inputs. Who You Are: 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Training / QA role, preferably in EdTech, Study Abroad, or Higher Education sales environments. Strong ability to coach and mentor both new and experienced sales professionals. Sharp understanding of B2C sales nuances, student counselling approaches, and study abroad landscapes. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, call recording tools, and performance dashboards. Highly organized, analytical, and able to spot patterns and opportunities for improvement quickly. Passionate about coaching and scaling teams with a “builder’s mindset” — ready to create and innovate from ground zero. Strong communication and influencing skills—credible with frontline teams as well as leadership. Why Join Us?
