This is a leadership role requiring strong coordination with senior management, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Manage overall corporate administration across locations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of reception, housekeeping, security, travel desk, cafeteria, and employee services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, assets, and infrastructure requirements.
• Lead facilities management including workspace planning, utilities, maintenance, and safety.
• Manage office expansions, relocations, renovations, and fit-out projects.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety norms, statutory regulations, and building standards.
• Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
• Monitor SLAs, vendor performance, and service quality.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure statutory, legal, and safety compliance across facilities.
• Manage licenses, permits, insurance, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational and workplace risks.
• Prepare and manage annual administration and facilities budgets.
• Track expenses, control costs, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the administration & facilities team.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership teams.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and corporate activities.

• 5+ years of experience in Administration / Facilities / Office Operations.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, contracts, and negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with facilities management and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing multi-location offices.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
• Exposure to large-scale office setups and expansion projects.
• Knowledge of safety audits and compliance frameworks.
