Job Description

As an Administrative Manager at Mahotsav Group in Surat, your role will involve overseeing administration, management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the administration of all company facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses. - Overseeing procurement and maintenance of office and factory equipment. - Ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards in the textile sector. - Monitoring and managing budgets related to administrative operations. - Managing vendor relationships and contracts for services such as logistics, maintenance, and security. - Organizing and overseeing company-wide meetings, events, and employee engagement activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments, implementing and maintaining robust record-keeping and reporting systems, and developing and implementing HR strategies tailored to the textile industry. Additionally, you will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning, oversee employee performance management and training programs, and handle employee relations and disciplinary actions. Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with senior management to align HR and administrative policies with business goals, leading a team of HR and administrative staff, analyzing HR and operational metrics for continuous improvement, and acting as the main point of contact for escalations related to HR and administration. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an Administrative Manager in the textile or manufacturing industry. - Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and safety regulations relevant to the textile sector. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HR and ERP software and MS Office Suite. - Experience managing large-scale operations in the textile or apparel industry. - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage. - Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes in manufacturing.
