Job Description

Job Requirements: Admin Executive

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Administration, HR, or Payroll Management will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Prior experience in managing attendance, payroll, and vendor relations is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Administrative & Operational Skills:

  • Strong experience in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Proficient in preparing salary sheets, managing payroll adjustments, and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Ability to review, validate, and report on daily staff productivity.

2. Communication & Coordination:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Capable of managing and following up on multiple requests simultaneously.

3. Vendor & Procurement Management:

  • Proven ability in vendor negotiation, quotation comparison, and procurement follow-up.
  • Experience in handling print material management including brochures and visiting cards.

4. Documentation & Data Management:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and files (digital and physical).
  • Proficient in data entry, tracking updates, and preparing reports for management.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Experience in preparing monthly attendance and salary reports.
  • Ability to analyze and report recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

6. Tools & Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with attendance management software and ERP systems.
  • Comfortable with using databases and cloud-based storage solutions.

7. Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
