Position Overview -

The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative operations with a strong focus on vendor relations. This role ensures efficient procurement, timely delivery of services and goods, and maintains productive relationships with external suppliers. The Admin Executive also supports general office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per organizational requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility management with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all administrative and vendor-related activities.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.


Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
