Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations within the organization's office to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Office Activities: - Ensure efficient day-to-day operations by managing office activities. - Implement and maintain processes to enhance productivity. - Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures. - Manage time effectively. - Supervising Administrative Staff: - Divide responsibilities among administrative team members. - Provide guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. - Managing Agendas and Appointments: - Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Maintain organized calendars and coordinate logistics. - Handling Correspondence: - Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and packages. - Ensure timely and professional communication. - Supporting Budgeting and Bookkeeping: - Assist with budget-related tasks. - Maintain accurate records and databases. - Inventory Management: - Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed. - Keep track of stock levels. - Reporting and Presentations: - Prepare timely reports and presentations as assigned. - Maintain proper records and perform bookkeeping tasks. Preferred candidate profile: - Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role. - Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Familiarity: Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles. - Tech Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. - Education: Any Degree.
