Job Description

You will be an Administrative Executive supporting the team during Australian business hours. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and calendar management. - Handling internal and external communications professionally, including email correspondence and client follow-ups. - Coordinating with Australian counterparts to ensure smooth operational support aligned with their time zone. - Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing team calendars. - Maintaining and updating databases and company records.
