Role Overview:

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining all administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations, vendor coordination, compliance, and infrastructure management.The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across departments and office locations.
  • Manage vendor relationships — including contracts, procurement, and renewals for facilities,housekeeping, security, and office supplies.
  • Supervise facility management including maintenance, repairs, and workspace allocation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and resource planning for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance related to safety, housekeeping, andinfrastructure.
  • Develop and manage the annual administrative budget; track expenses and optimize costs.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of office assets and utilities.
  • Manage administrative staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Implement policies, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and management for approvals, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to administrative functions and present periodic updates to management.
  • Support HR and Operations teams in onboarding, infrastructure setup, and other crossfunctional requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Operations / General Management).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a corporate or institutional setup.
  • Experience in vendor management, facility operations, and procurement will be highly valued.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office automation tools.
  • Good understanding of vendor management, budgeting, and compliance processes.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a problem-solving approach.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive in planning and execution.
