Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Hotel Solitaire, Hinjawadi, Pune Reports To: Managing Partner / General Manager Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records of the hotel, including income, expenses, and ledgers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow management. Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns timely. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations. Liaise with auditors for annual audits. Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in preparing the hotel's budget and financial forecasting. Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-effective solutions. Analyze financial data to control costs and maximize revenue. Payroll Management: Process employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain payroll records and ensure timely disbursement. Miscellaneous: Support the management in financial decision-making. Handle vendor payments and resolve any discrepancies. Manage petty cash transactions. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
