About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to learn. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry on Tally Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups Work with the company CA to prepare and file GST returns and TDS Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in accounting and finance Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel Experience in GST and TDS filing Graduate in Commerce or related field Good communication skills (spoken and written English) Strong sense of ownership- asks questions, double-checks work, and doesn't wait to be told what to do Based in Tricity area (Must be available for an in-person interview) Nice to Have Strong organizational skills Ability to analyse financial data to inform decisions Currently pursuing or planning to pursue CA or other finance certifications Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry Job Details Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM Salary: 2.5L-4L p.a.
